Placement Assurance Guarantee
Avasta Learning, an initiative by Avasta Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., offers a placement-assured Post Graduate Diploma Program in Digital Business Management and E-Commerce (PGDBME) in collaboration with M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS), Bangalore, subject to students meeting the following conditions in full:

Attendance: Maintain a minimum attendance of 90% in classes, industry visits, internships, and all other program-related activities throughout the 11-month PGDBME course.
Academic Performance: Secure a minimum of 80% marks in all modules taught during the program.
Timely Submission of Assignments: Submit all assignments on or before the deadlines without any delays.
Professional Conduct: Demonstrate sincerity, morality, and honesty during the course tenure and during placement interviews.
Compliance with University Rules: Adhere to all rules and regulations set by the university.
Timely Fee Payments: Ensure timely payment of all fees, including tuition, examination, and industrial fees, as required by the program.
Placement Assurance Clause:
Avasta Learning guarantees that every student who successfully completes the PGDBME program and fulfills all the conditions outlined above will secure a job placement by the end of the program. A student is considered “placed” upon receiving an offer letter, including remuneration details and a joining date, from a prospective employer.

If the student declines or fails to join the offered position, the placement assurance will be deemed null and void.

Extended Support and Compensation:
If a student does not secure a job within 100 days of course completion despite fulfilling all program requirements, the following will apply:

Avasta Learning will provide continued placement assistance.
The student will receive a monthly payment of ₹15,000 until they secure a job, provided they adhere to the program’s academic and disciplinary norms.
Limitation of Liability:

In the event of disputes, the discretion of the company management and university shall be final and binding.
The placement assurance and all related terms are valid exclusively for the academic session 2025-26.
Under no circumstances shall Avasta Learning’s total aggregate liability exceed the program fee collected from the student.
This Placement Assurance Guarantee ensures transparency, accountability, and a strong commitment to student success in the PGDBME program.
