About Dr. Srivatsa

Professor H S Srivatsa is a seasoned academician and researcher specializing in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Consumer Behavior. Currently serving as a Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Management and Commerce, MSRUAS, he also coordinates research activities and the PhD program.

With a rich history in academic leadership, including roles as Associate Dean and Head of Department, he has been instrumental in expanding student enrollment, launching new programs, and fostering industry collaborations. His research interests include technology adoption and CRM, and he has successfully led sponsored research projects. Prior to academia, he gained valuable industry experience with leading organizations like the National Bank of Dubai and ITC Infotech.
